Welcome to My Feel Good Meals! 
I’m Alicia, a Toronto-based food blogger who is a lover of all things fresh, healthy and flavourful. Growing up in a Jamaican household, I was so inspired by my mother’s home-cooked meals that I decided to bring it to practice when I lived independently while studying my undergraduate education. 
Fast forward to today, I’m a Communication Specialist in the insurance industry but aside from my full-time job, I’m a spontaneous foodie and traveller. I absolutely love travelling the world and trying new delicious flavours!  
What to expect? 
Eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring. At My Feel Good Meals, you can expect colourful, easy-to-repeat recipes made with whole food ingredients that taste amazing and make you feel good. Live your happiest, balanced life!
