These busy-day overnight oats will be your perfect go-to breakfast for your weekday schedule.  

An overnight oat sensation! What I love about overnight oats is not having to worry about breakfast the next morning. I wake up, grab my oats, and start my day while jumpstarting my metabolism. Create your own make-ahead breakfast with banana, blueberries, chia seeds, PB, your favourite plant-based milk, Greek yogurt and oats.

Create your own make-ahead breakfast with banana, blueberries, chia seeds, PB, your favourite plant-based milk, Greek yogurt and oats.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cups rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tsp coconut shreds
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Combine and mix almond milk, chia seeds and rolled oats in a bowl
  • Pour the mixture in a jar. Begin to layer the mixture with blueberries, Greek yogurt and banana 
  • The mixture should make at least two layers in the jar. Add peanut butter in the middle of the jar and add the remaining oats mixture on top  
  • Put remaining fruits on top of the mixture
  • Next day, top the overnight oats with coconut shreds, cinnamon, and additional toppings of your choice  

Mmm, mmm, mmm… soooo good!
