  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries


  • In a storage container or jar, combine milk, turmeric, ginger, and black pepper. Mix well. 
  • Stir in oats and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours 
  • Serve topped with blueberries 

Mmm, mmm, mmm… soooo good!
