Healthy Breakfast Banana Split

This loaded healthy breakfast banana split is simply delicious and quickly prepared! Grab your favourite nuts, banana, yogurt and some smooth PB for a yummy drizzle topping.
I love this kind of breakfast! Don’t you? There are so many ways you make this kind of bowl, and depending on the day, your toppings may vary.
Craving chocolate? Add cocoa nibs over your yogurt, sprinkle raw cacao powder on top or drizzle some dark chocolate.
Want more crunch? Use your favourite crunchy nuts or add granola, oats, etc.
Need more fruits? There’s no rule once it comes to making a healthy banana split. Top your bowl with fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries or any of your favourite fruits. The more variety, the tastier!

Healthy Breakfast Banana Split
Ingredients
- dried cranberries
- 1 fresh banana sliced in half
- 1/2 cup organic Greek yogurt
- walnuts
- cashews
- almonds
- peanuts
- organic smooth peanut butter to drizzle
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ground cinnamon for garnish
- cocoa nibs for garnish
- granola
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix yogurt with maple syrup
- Slice banana in half and place on a plate
- Assemble the layers: sliced banana at the bottom, yogurt, dried fruit, nuts, and any additional toppings
- Top with real whipped cream, cocoa nibs and ground cinnamon
