Pick-Me-Up Spinach Smoothie

If you follow me on Instagram, then you know that I drink spinach smoothies literally everydayyy! It’s filling enough as a mid-morning snack or an afternoon pick-me-up.
It’s also a wonderful source of magnesium, fibre, vitamin A, vitamin C, iron and more. Blend spinach with PB and banana and you’ll reap all the nutritional benefits of fresh spinach without evening knowing you’re eating it! What a win!

Pick-Me-Up Spinach Smoothie
Equipment
- High-powdered blender
Ingredients
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- 2 cups spinach packed
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth. Enjoy!
