I love everything about the fall season: cozy, autumn spices and delicious pumpkin recipes. These overnight oats are conveniently easy to make and tastes like pumpkin pie in a jar. Dessert for breakfast, anyone?

Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats

Add pumpkin puree and spices to make delicious fall-inspired overnight oats.

Servings 2 people


  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg


  • Whisk pumpkin puree in almond milk until fully blended 
  • Stir in remaining ingredients 
  • Place in an air-tight container or jar overnight 
  • Next day, add pumpkin seeds, crushed walnuts or any of your favourite toppings
