Talk about a fiesta! This meal always makes me feel like dancing. It’s the perfect Taco Tuesday dinner that will have your whole family going back for more.  

Easy Taco Salad Bowl

This dish makes the perfect game night meal or Taco Tuesday dinner. It's guaranteed to be a repeat recipe!

  • 4 tsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 romaine lettuce hearts diced
  • 4 tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 red onion sliced
  • 2 avocados diced
  • 1 cup corn canned, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup black beans canned, rinsed and drained

Dressing Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 4 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper


  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Pour olive oil into 4 medium oven-proof bowls, coating the surfaces
  • Press each tortilla into the greased bowls 
  • Bake tortillas for 10 minutes or until light golden brown 
  • Remove from oven, set aside to cool 
  • Prepare the dressing. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl 
  • Pour the dressing over the lettuce and remaining salad ingredients and toss until combined 
  • Fill each tortilla bowl with taco salad  
  • Serve and enjoy!
