  • 4 chicken breasts skinless, boneless
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 cup onion diced
  • 1/2 lemon squeezed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 4 tbsp coarse Dijon mustard
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tbsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tbsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp salt


  • In a gallon size Ziploc bag, combine chicken and seasonings, marinate overnight, or up to 8 hours, turning the bag occasionally. Drain the chicken from the marinade.
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  • Coat the rectangular baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray
  • Cover with foil, and bake for 40 minutes
  • Uncover, flip chicken breasts and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through
  • Drizzle more honey overtop if desired and serve immediately
