Oven-Roasted Garlic Parmesan Asparagus

  • Baking sheet


  • 1/2 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1/2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon plus an extra 1 tsp for topping
  • 1/2 tbsp grated parmesan
  • 1 bunch thin asparagus
  • 1/4 tsp salt and black pepper


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  • Toss the asparagus in butter to coat. Then add garlic, salt, black pepper, lemon juice and parmesan cheese
  • Arrange the asparagus onto the baking sheet in a single layer
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until tender, depending on thickness
  • Squeeze an additional 1 tsp of lemon juice just before serving
