Sautéed Garlic Parmesan Green Beans

These are the perfect side for any weeknight dinner or deliciously good on their own.
Green beans make a savoury, crunchy addition to any meal. This nutrient-dense veggie is packed with vitamin C and vitamin K and provides other anti-ageing nutrients needed for healthy bones, skin and hair.

Sautéed Garlic Parmesan Green Beans
Equipment
- Frying pan
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb green beans rinsed and trimmed
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp garlic minced
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in large pan over high heat
- Add garlic and cook until brown. Remove from pan
- Add green beans and seasonings to the pan and toss occasionally for 4 minutes, or until soft and black in a few spots
- Add garlic and parmesan cheese and toss for 1 minute
- Remove from heat and serve!
